Michigan ~ Buying Process
Once you have decided which property/properties you would like to purchase, we take you through the following process:
- Provide you with a copy of our Terms and Conditions Contract (for you to read, sign and return to us) together with a copy of The Engineers Home Inspection Report detailing any repairs that need to be made with costings of the repairs.
- Arrange for your Reservation Deposit to be made in order to take the property off the market.
- Introduce you to the Attorney/Title Company who will be working for you and arrange for all signed contracts to be sent to the Attorney.
- Introduce you to the Property Management Company who will manage the rental of your property on your instruction upon completion/closing and who will arrange to carry out any repairs required under your instruction.
- Advise when your completion of purchase funds need to be transferred over to the US for completion/closing.

- Arrange a Final Walk-Through of your property just prior to completion/closing.
- Advise and arrange the opening of an American Bank Account if required.
