On signing The Rental Management Agreement Contract with The Property Management Company, you will required as an owner, to place $500 Dollars into your rental account for any future urgent maintenance repairs that may arise.  The Property Management Company will always seek your permission for any urgent repairs that will cost in excess of $250 and will always inform you of any repairs that have had to be carried out on your property.  The cost of repairs are always kept to a minimum.

All properties purchased through Colossal Property Investments will generate a high yield rental income, we aim to achieve 30% gross / 20% net per year, this is paid to you monthly through our Property Management Company.
