Once you have decided which property/properties you would like to purchase, we take you through the following process:

1. Advise you on the timescale to completion of your property - this can vary from between two to eight weeks.

2. Arrangement of deposit and purchase fees.

3. Introduction to Attorney (Lawyer) who will assist and keep you informed all through the purchase process.  The Attorney will do all the usual checks associated with property purchase including, property searches, debt searches, changing of title deeds, attending Notary Public and payment of the purchase funds to the seller.

4. If requested we can arrange for your completion of funds to be made through the services of HIFX Financial Services, a secure currency exchange company where you will receive a higher currency exchange rate than Banks.

5. Prior to completion of your property, we introduce you to our Rental Management Company who will then fully manage your property and tenants by agreement with you.  You can then sit back and receive your monthly income knowing that your property is in safe hands being managed by professionals year after year.
