ROCHESTER CITY is the 3rd largest city in Western New York after New York City.  It is an area that is coming out of recession and where the cheap property market is investor driven.  Investors from all over the world have already invested into this low cost investment market and have been reaping the benefits from the high yield rental income it has to offer.

This is a city where there are large employers such as Kodak, Xerox, Wegmans Foods and the Optical Science University, that is ranked no. 1 in its field in America.

BUFFALO CITY is often referred to as the Queen City because it´s the 2nd largest City after New York City itself.  It is located on the Niagara River near the eastern end of Lake Erie and only 10 miles from Niagara Falls and the border of Canada.

Buffalo is the cultural and economic centre of the Western New York region and is home to renowned art galleries, diverse entertainment, world famous architecture and internationally recognised universities.

From financial services to manufacturing, from medical research to professional support services, to high growth areas like technology services and development, dozens of industry sectors call Buffalo home.

Some of the major employers here include: HSBC with it´s North America Headquarters, M&T and Fleet Bank, Geico Insurance, Ingram Micro, InBev (the worlds largest producer of beer) as well as Labatt both have their US HQ in Buffalo.
